I’m staying calm about it, but the toy felt a lot cheaper than it looked in the photos. A few parts didn’t fit together right, and it kind of seemed like it could break quickly. For the price, I was expecting better quality, so yeah, disappointing...

I was in a good mood when these showed up, and they didn’t disappoint. They’re simple, fun, and feel like a solid deal for the price. Nothing fancy, but for what you pay, they’re definitely good toys.

"Arrived okay, but late!!!"
My order did show up in one piece, so that was good!!! But it got here later than the original delivery date they showed, which was kind of frustrating!!! The tracking also didn’t update for a few days, so I was basically just guessing when it would arrive!!! Not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need toys by a specific day!!!

"Easy and Safe Checkout"
I was a little nervous trying a new toy site. But checkout felt safe. Payment was secure, my bank check popped up like normal, and there were no extra charges. Got the confirmation right away too. No issues at all. 5 stars.

"I had to reach out to…"
I had to reach out to Toyland Treasures because my order tracking wasn’t updating, and I was already feeling mentally drained from checking it over and over. Customer service got back to me the same day and explained what was going on, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but they were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.

"Decent Deals, But I Felt a Bit Pressured"
I found some fair deals here, but a few of the toys seemed overpriced to me. I also felt a little pressured while deciding, so I didn’t feel like I could take my time and compare properly.

"Kind of a rough start, but they fixed it"
The box showed up crushed, and the toy had some marks on it, which just felt really disappointing right away. I don’t know, it wasn’t a great first impression at all. Support was slow to get back to me, and it took a few emails, but they did end up sending a replacement. So it worked out in the end, but the whole thing left me with mixed feelings

"Pretty disappointing selection!!"
I was let down by the selection. I went in hoping to find a few different toys, but most of the sections felt either empty or like they just had the same stuff repeated over and over!! Maybe I just came at a bad time, but it was frustrating not being able to compare many options. I ended up leaving and buying somewhere else...

I checked out toptoylands for promo codes and deals. Some worked, some stuff still felt a little pricey. It’s fine if you find the right offer, but I wouldn’t expect huge savings every time.

"Shipping took too long"
My order ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely changed for days, which was frustrating. The toys were fine once they finally showed up, but the wait kind of ruined it for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something soon.

"Not Great for a Birthday Gift"
I ordered a toy from here for my nephew’s birthday, it just didn’t feel like something I was excited to give. The packaging looked cheap, and the toy itself was smaller than I expected. What are you supposed to do when it shows up looking nothing like a proper gift? I felt a bit awkward handing it over. I don’t think I’d use this site again if I needed something for a present.

"Return process wasn’t worth it"
I tried returning something I ordered, but the policy had so many little conditions that it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. On top of that, I still had to cover the shipping, which kind of says enough. I don’t see myself ordering from them again...

"Easy to pick the right toys"
I ordered a couple toys from toptoylands, and I really liked how easy it was to see the age range for each one. It helped me avoid buying something that would’ve felt too babyish for my 6 year old, which I always worry about a little... One of the toys ended up being a bit trickier than the age range made it seem, so we had to help more than I expected. But overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably shop there again.

"I really wanted to like this toy, but…"
I really wanted to like this toy, but once it arrived, I just didn’t feel comfortable giving it to my kid. A few pieces looked a bit loose, and the safety information was minimal, which made me second-guess the whole purchase. I reached out to support hoping for some reassurance or clearer guidance, but the response didn’t really help. As a parent, I’ve learned that if something makes you uneasy, it’s probably not worth taking the risk. I won’t be ordering from them again

"Looked fine out of the box, no issues..."
Looked fine out of the box, no issues there.

But after just a few days, it cracked during normal play. My kid wasn’t being rough with it, so that was frustrating.
For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Wouldn’t buy again...

"My Kid Loved the Toy"
I ordered a toy from toptoylands, and overall it was a good experience. The website was simple to use, and I didn’t have any trouble getting through checkout, which I always appreciate. The toy arrived in good condition, though shipping took a little longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, because my kid was really excited and happy when it finally showed up. That made it worth it for me. I’d probably order from them again.

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but some of the details were confusing and felt like they were written by clueless amateurs. I had to reread things a few times just to figure out what they actually meant.
